Pamela B. Lacson-Knight is a Washington based WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) who produces work of a positive effect. Efficacy Art + Design was founded with the mission to make everyday extraordinary through accessible art and design - empowerment through well-curated spaces. Our goal is to celebrate artists from diverse cultural & economic backgrounds and spotlight BIPOC artistic talent.

Pamela studied business marketing and art at the University of Washington. Her background as a first generation Filipino American, D&I HigherEd Professional, and a collector of experiences lay the foundation to her values. Drawing inspiration from a love of all things - nature, art, music, food and travel related informs her eye for design. She strives to create healing spaces where people flourish and thrive. By thoughtfully distilling environments into spaces that tell a story, highlight elements of cultural significance and reflect particular moments of your life in a meaningful and layered composition. She designs spaces that inspire a vision for greatness, honor our history and deep tradition - past, present, future and anchor our collective values.
